At KICKOLOGY, we pride ourselves in quality customer service and ensure that all our customer receive their orders within the specified SLA via each shipping method. All queries will be responded back to within 48hrs and subsequent follow up's will be done to ensure that the customer ticket is resolved.

Please ensure you choose the correct shipping method you prefer within the ordering process to avoid unnecessary delays. Please note that our preferred payment method is via the online card payment method which allows us to start processing your order quickly. The other payment methods are all subject to the funds reflecting first.

Refunds
Due to both yours and our safety for quality guarantee, we unfortunately do not offer refunds. We do however facilitate exchanges if you happen to order an incorrect product or size. All exchanges are still subject to administration authorization and approval.
